More and more women are now taking center stage and carving their own niche in the business industry. Unlike before, women are now accepted and expected to perform well outside the confines of the home. More than just raising children and taking care of domestic chores, women are empowered to pursue their own dreams and prove themselves as being capable of succeeding in endeavors that were traditionally reserved for men. Today, many women are able to engage in various activities based on the career or lifestyle they choose. They are no longer caged in the house, consigned to wait for the husband’s arrival from work and to taking care of every need and want of their children. In almost every endeavor and discipline — in government, business, the academe, and other important fields of work — one can find women of stature and significance.

The way in which many of us book holidays has changed dramatically in recent years. Ten years ago many of us would have relied on our local travel agents to find us a good deal.
When we came to think about our next trip away, we’d simply wander down the high street and nip into a few travel agents shops, picking up a number of different holiday brochures to compare prices offered by different tour operators.
Comparing prices sometimes involved taking into account certain special offers that might be available, or any additional costs caused by the time of year (school holidays, for example) or number of people travelling.
When thinking about destinations, resorts or particular hotels, our opinions might largely be shaped by what friends and family had told us, what we’d read in magazines, or maybe what we’d seen in holiday-related television programmes.
The arrival of the internet and its increasing availability to many of us has undoubtedly changed the goalposts. We now have the ability to research our chosen destinations online – we even have access to the thoughts of previous visitors to the hotels that we may be planning to stay at.
We can

Herbal medicine is a traditional practice of treating ailments with the use of plants and its extracts. We all know that long before the advent of medical science and technology, people in ancient times would rely on the efficacy of certain plants and its extracts in curing various ailments such as stomach pain, head ache, skin infections as well as in the treatment of wounds. The use of herbs as remedy to treat many types of diseases remains to be popular even in this new millenium where significant advances in medicine have been made alongside increased sophistication in medical technology and pharmacology.
First reported by Dr. T H Oliver in 1920, ozone and oxidative therapies have been used extensively by doctors to treat a wide range of health problems, such as vascular disease, cancer, viral diseases, ulcers, inflammatory bowel diseases and spinal disc problems. Additionally, these treatments are effective therapies for contaminated wounds, burns and infections. The use of oxygen to heal is based on the idea that it breaks down and eliminates toxins from the body by “burning” them through the process of oxidation. In the process of ozone and oxidative therapies white blood cell production is also encouraged, there is an increased delivery of oxygen to the cells, red blood cell flexibility is expanded and metabolism is also stimulated. Because of its ability to kill bacteria and fungus, many cities purify their drinking water with ozone. Ozone therapy can be received in one of several ways, including injection, inseffulation, ozone “bagging,” external use of ozonated olive oil, and autohemotherapy. Inseffulation is the process which consists of inserting a tiny tube into the infected area and up to half a liter of pure ozone in a humidified gas is introduces in less than thirty seconds. Football Jerseys have undergone a complete change in its image, appearance and usage patterns. In the yesteryear sports jersey was just a part of the official sports equipment, nothing more nothing less. The jerseys meant for football players had long sleeves, were plain and their material was heavier than today’s National football league jersey. Their simplicity and plainness has been a reason for many comments. Reason for their plainness was that jersey was the team gear with no frills or designing. According to legendary football coach Darryl Royal, they were “working clothes”.
The growing popularity of National Football League (NFL) and advent of custom jerseys in the football teams has transformed the team gear. Team gear including the jersey has become trendier. Jersey has transcended its “working clothes” impression. Custom jerseys for today’s NFL football players have shorter sleeves, vibrant colors and attractive patterns. The football teams now pay considerable attention towards design and appearance of their team gear.
Beginning in 2010, the visiting team jersey shall meet the some criteria. The yoke of the jersey (from the neckline to the seam at mid-chest inclusive of theshoulders) and the body of the jersey (the area below the yoke)

One of the most popular destinations in Asia to visit over recent years has been Thailand. This of course has also coincided with the booming popularity of Thai cuisine around the world. Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand, is the main entry point where the vast majority of tourists to Thailand will use.
Bangkok is a very interesting city because in addition to the usual modern buildings of offices, hotels and shopping centers, there are also about 400 exotic Thai temples that seem to stick out among the urban landscape. There are Thai citizens on the streets dressed in modern business clothing as well as Buddhist monks in saffron robes. Yet this is what part of Thailand is. The traditional mixed in with the modern. In fact, its the traditional attractions that make Thailand so magical. The temples are sights that one just cannot see in the western world. They are like objects that popped out of an Asian fairy tale.
Like many other large Asian cities, Bangkok is congested with traffic, people and pollution. In fact, the air can be bad enough that there are locals wearing surgical masks in the streets. With an average annual temperature of 28

The Internet has expanded our world in many ways. Today, through the use of an online art gallery, we can buy, or just enjoy, works of art. If we are good enough, we can even sell our art work.
No one wants to be a starving artist, but can be hard for an up-and-coming artist to get enough people interested in his or her projects to want to purchase some of it. Thats only one of many reasons an online art gallery might be a godsend for those artists looking for their big break.
An online art gallery is a website that features art of various kinds. Whether the art itself is painting, sculpture, or any other form, the piece is first digitally photographed and then displayed on the website as a webpage image. Often, an online art gallery will display the works of several artists at once, or may offer several pieces from the same artist.
In return for this service, an online art gallery may make its money by receiving commissions from the sales of the work of the various artists. Usually, an agreement is tendered wherein any piece that is sold through the online

Its been a good, bad and ugly kind of week for me.
I hit.the trifecta at Pimlico–thats good.
My Little League kids went 0-3 with Coach Reavy in attendance–thats bad.
And Wednesday night, upon hearing of the reality demise of my dawg, Elliot Yamin, I was both sad to hear the news and disappointed in the realization that I had just watched 12 straight episodes of American Idol, spanning two months–thats…well, you get the point.
Fortunately for me, however, the sports world is never without its good, bad and ugly moments also.
Here are the high (and low)lights of the week thats passed.
The Good:
Barry Bonds 714th homerun ball–for Tyler Snyder, the guy who caught it. Surely the eBay–er, Bay Area– faithful are proud of their slugger, and might even open up their checkbooks to make a bid for the historic blast. But, to me, nothing tells the story more beautifully than these four words uttered by Tyler, the soon-to-be rich Athletics fan (thanks to Bonds), after the game: I hate that guy.
The NBA playoffs. While the highlight of my basketball season is admittedly the NBA draft, I cant help but marvel at the fantastic
